VINYASA

Move through creative sequences that link movement to breath in a smooth, steady rhythm. This class offers a balance of effort and ease—challenging the body while calming the mind. Each session may include standing poses, balances, backbends, and opportunities to explore transitions.  This class is warm: 80-85 degrees. 

SLOW FLOW

A steady-paced class focused on breath and mindful movement. This class moves through a series of yoga postures at a slower pace, allowing time to settle into each pose without rushing.  This class is warm: 80-85 degrees. 

POWER+

Power+ is an intelligently sequenced, high-energy yoga class that blends creative movement with bursts of cardio and bodyweight strength training. Designed to challenge and energize, this faster-paced class moves fluidly while building heat, stamina, and strength.

This class is warm 80-85 degrees.

YIN

This quiet, meditative practice targets the deep connective tissues of the body— ligaments, and joints—through long-held, passive poses. Most postures are done on the floor/with props and held for 3–5 minutes, allowing time to soften, breathe, and let go.

YIN + YOGA NIDRA

This class begins with grounding yin postures held for several minutes to target the body’s connective tissues and move energy. The second half of class transitions into a guided Yoga Nidra also known as Yogic Sleep —a deeply restful practice done lying down to relax the body and calm the mind.
