Vin + yin
This balanced class begins with an invigorating vinyasa flow to build heat, strength, and fluidity in the body. As the practice winds down, we shift into grounding yin postures held for several minutes to deeply stretch the connective tissues and invite stillness. Vin to Yin offers the perfect blend of movement and rest—leaving you feeling both energized and restored.
Vinyasa
Move through creative sequences that link movement to breath in a smooth, steady rhythm. This class offers a balance of effort and ease—challenging the body while calming the mind. Each session may include standing poses, balances, backbends, and opportunities to explore transitions.
Yin
This quiet, meditative practice targets the deep connective tissues of the body— ligaments, and joints—through long-held, passive poses. Most postures are done on the floor/with props and held for 3–5 minutes, allowing time to soften, breathe, and let go.
Slow Flow
A steady-paced class focused on breath and mindful movement. This class moves through a series of yoga postures at a slower pace, allowing time to settle into each pose without rushing.
Yin + Yoga Nidra
This class begins with grounding yin postures held for several minutes to target the body’s connective tissues and move energy. The second half of class transitions into a guided Yoga Nidra also known as Yogic Sleep —a deeply restful practice done lying down to relax the body and calm the mind.
